What are the shipping costs for my order?

I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation mail.

Order confirmation mails can take a while but should be with you within 1 hour after your purchase. You might as well check your Spam Folder. If you have entered a wrong email address while checking out, please contact with your Order No. or Name in the title.

I am unhappy with my purchase and would like to return it

I have added an item to my cart but now it is sold out.

There might be a high demand on certain items so these can be sold very quick. If the stock is low and another customer checked out and paid before you did then it is what it is.

How do I track my package?

Once your package is shipped out, you will receive an email with tracking link from us. The shipping status may not be updated for several days before the package arrived in your country before the completion of customs clearance.
